Having fallen in love with the Highlands and Badachro in particular, Sue Hulley and Simon Crookes have made their home at Ceomara-Gaelic for 'seamist'. Badachro is located in a magical part of Wester Ross and they are proud to offer Ceomara Highland Cottages as delightful self-catering holiday accommodation.

They are passionate about creating the best possible standards of comfort for their guests, and have breathed new life into the cottages, with fresh colour, imagination and an attention to detail which provides uniquely contemporary, cosy and stylish holiday accommodation.

Sue and Simon are very environmentally aware. They recycle, compost, use energy saving and biodegradeable products both in their own home and the cottages. Guests at Ceomara Highland Cottages are also encouraged to recycle during their holiday.

Having spent many years having self-catering holidays themselves, they have often struggled to find, quality accommodation in an idyllic setting. As they are now lucky enough to have found these cottages in such a fantastic location, they are very pleased to offer Ceomara Highland Cottages as very well equipped, peaceful and relaxing holiday accommodation.

As well as providing and taking very good care of the cottages, Sue very much enjoys gardening, especially tending her new raised vegetable beds, wildlife, pilates and walking the dogs ('Buddy' and 'Archie'). Best of all she enjoys 'pottering' around Ceomara and feels so incredibly lucky to be able to live and spend so much time in such a wonderful location.

Simon can't be here all the time as he works as a Geologist off shore. When he is at home he is a keen guitarist and very much enjoys cooking and a game of golf. He does some sea angling locally, for pollack and mackeral and is learning to fly fish.

Both he and Sue really enjoy the outdoors, watching the wildlife and foraging for wild food, especially mushrooms. They have very recently acquired a small motor boat on Badachro Bay and are now also taking full advantage of living on the edge of one of the most fantastic, sheltered bays in the country.

If during your stay you require any information, they are available to help. But they respect the privacy of their guests and if you so wish, you will hardly know they are there.
